The Values Blueprint Rationale

Noted ethicist and educator Dr. Robert Rue proclaims, “Values are the essence of who we are as human beings. Our values get us out of bed every morning, help us select the work we do, the company we keep, the relationships we build, and, ultimately, the groups and organizations we lead. Our values influence every decision and move we make, even to the point of how we choose to make our decisions.”

Values play such an integral role in our lives: they are the foundation of who we are and what we believe in. Therefore being able to recognize, understand and articulate your own set of core values becomes critical in making sound business decisions – whether you are an entrepreneur, senior leader, team player or independent consultant.

When an individual discovers a genuine and meaningful alignment between their own core values within their personal and professional lives, a powerful connection is created. It can literally mean the difference between success and failure. Still, more often than not, individuals struggle with the ability to identify what personal core values they prioritize in their life. Failing to find a synergy between both worlds can feel like you are pushing water uphill. This is where The Values Blueprint comes into play.

A leading edge tool for professionals, The Values Blueprint is an essential tool to envision, define, clarify and connect your business goals with your core personal values. According to The Values Blueprint co-creator Peter Comrie, “We also know that while we each operate every day from a set of personal core values, most people can’t articulate what theirs are, never mind how they interact with others.”

With three major components, this program promises a positive impact on you and your business. With an assessment that takes only 10 minutes to complete, here are the three components to understanding how the tool works:

Values Blueprint Assessment

Whether you are talking about Steve Jobs at Apple, Richard Branson at Virgin, Bill Gates at Microsoft, Larry Page at Google or any other successful entrepreneur, when you look at the brands they lead, you will discover that their business goes hand-in-hand with their personality core values.

And while there are millions of brands globally, there are only five distinct Brand Personalities. The first step within this program is to assess which values personality you are!

Studies show that many people spend decades in careers and professions without ever leveraging their natural talent! Eliminate the guess work by starting off with an assessment of what your brand value is.

Values Blueprint Report

Once you complete your assessment, The Values Blueprint Report helps you understand how to integrate your brand value personality into your business or profession.

Knowing when and where you naturally thrive in the values cycle is an essential key to performing at your highest potential. This will enable you to create a business that is both financially successful and emotionally rewarding.

Online Training

Lastly, The Values Blueprint module offers 90 minutes of LIVE Online training to assist you in integrating the values knowledge you have just acquired into your life and business.

Your core personal values, and defining how you will incorporate those in conducting your business or career, will enable you to enhance your leadership qualities, harmonize decision-making, and strengthen your communication skills. And most important, you will learn how to identify, understand, and resolve values conflict.

Whatever business you are in, whatever level you are at, acknowledgement of your core value system is something we all benefit from.

Comments

  1. Over this past week, in working with a few hundred people, all very focused in building their businesses, a most beautiful lesson arrived. One person appeared to step out of the group, ran to the front, grab all of the intellectual property & model of the group efforts and sell it online as their own. There was a feeding frenzy by a handful of people as they were quick to assume the worst and judgement was running the show like wild fire. Values, their similarities, differences and the beautiful web they weave were expressed and found quickly in this one challenge.

“Things happen in the time they take” (my Grand Mother used to say) and in time, the misunderstanding was found, the boat stopped rocking and fresh new discoveries were at hand through one challenge manifest. Emotional and Social Intelligence, in my humble opinion, are one of the many attributes required to stand with our Brand and with those that stand with us in that expression.

Find your one of Five Brand Personalities and make it your own.
